HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT
Once we have the order for possession with permission to transfer to the High Court, we will apply to the High Court for a High Court writ of possession.
Upon us being in receipt of a high court writ of possession our very own High Court enforcement officers will attend your property the same day to serve the required Notice of Eviction.
The notice of eviction gives your tenant the required notice of 14 days to vacate the property before our High Court enforcement officers attend to evict them, along with our locksmith.
The date and time will be specified on the notice which you will be informed of.
*Fixed fee service includes High Court uplift fee, serving of the notice 2x enforcement agents and office time.
